The Wilkins Range  - For the Rugged Outdoors

The Wilkins range has been specifically developed for heavy outdoor use, where weather conditions subject footwear to stressful conditions e.g.: road workers, builders etc. The Wilkins range is not only tough and reliable but the sole has been designed with shallow cleats to avoid muck getting into them and easy liquid dispersal. A couple of taps on the ground and the raised break lines and pinstriped ridges will easily dislodge the debris – making it “self clean”. The sole has been designed to have maximum grip in the outdoors terrain. Other features include a prominent ladder stop and ladder grip, kick off area, shock absorbing heel. 

The all important feature for outdoor footwear is being 100% waterproof. Totectors is also finalising an exclusivity partnership in UK & Ireland with OutDry, a leading supplier of patented laminate membrane technology for wind and waterproof footwear that elevates warmth, breath-ability and light weight to new levels. This technology will be used for its premium outdoor range and where there is a requirement for waterproofing.

This technology will make the shoes not only 100% waterproof but also when used in heavy rain or water it will retain very little water unlike other competitor footwear. This makes the footwear light and breathable even in wet conditions. It also prevents the ingress of contaminants, such as dirt, dust, sand fuel and oils from penetrating to the inner of a footwear. 

The Denton Range – For the heavy Indoor use

The second range, Denton, a totally metal free range, has been designed specifically for heavy indoor use e.g.: Plasterers, roofers, plumbers, electricians, security, baggage handlers etc. The sole again have been designed to be the best in slip resistance with easy fluid dispersal channels and maximum ground contact. This range features an ergonomic composite toe cap and zero penetration insole technology. It has been specifically designed for those who kneel down a lot and need the footwear to allow this movement easily.

The Charles Range – For those who require Smart Casual Shoes

The third range, Charles, is targeted for the office to warehouse/factory use. These are smart casual shoes that can be worn under a suit or jeans without having to keep changing footwear in the workplace. This range is so light, flexible and comfortable that you may want to wear it at home too! This range will also be designed with composite toe caps, making the footwear lighter.
