Delivery Guide
We offer express delivery service throughout the UK. Every effort is made to deliver within 48hrs for orders placed before 12pm (GMT), however circumstances occasionally prevail to prevent this. Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) on a Friday will be delivered on a Wednesday.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver orders placed before 12pm (GMT) within 3-4 working days to these areas.
Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been despatched.

Please note that £4.95 + VAT delivery charge will be applied per order below the order total of £80.

Delivery Times
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. No deliveries are made on bank holidays.

A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to redeliver one more time on the following working day. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

If you place your order during a bank holiday period, please allow an extra working day for delivery.

Tracking Your Delivery
When we despatch your order, we will send you a confirmation email. You should receive this email within 48 hours of placing your order. The email will contain a unique consignment number to track your parcel with our couriers.

To track your parcel please log on to http://www.hdnl.co.uk and enter the tracking number provided in your despatch email. Please allow 12 hours from receipt of the confirmation email before tracking your order.

Delivery Problems
If you have any problems tracking your delivery or for any other problems with your order, please email us giving the order reference number, your full name, billing address and contact phone number. We will endevour to reply back to you within 48 hrs.
